As a complete technology and communications partner, Grapevine helps businesses to work better.
We achieve this by providing cost-effective and fully integrated IT and telecoms solutions. By working with us, our clients’ internal communications improve, staff are better linked to one another, and company systems made more accessible.
We’re celebrating our 35th year in business in 2026, with many of our clients and our colleagues having been with us for over three decades. We hope this shows that our caring approach is tested and proven.
Just over 3 years ago Grapevine transitioned to become an Employee Ownership Trust and so the business is now 100% employee owned. This gives you an exciting opportunity to become a full-time employee after an initial 6-month probation and then a co-owner of Grapevine after a further qualifying period.
In addition to your salary, you will receive team bonuses. Given the nature of IT changes, some work will be required outside of standard business hours, you will be compensated for this with time-off-in-lieu or overtime pay.
You will benefit from 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays as standard, with additional holiday allowance granted for long service. We utilise an established company pension scheme and all staff have access to health & wellness and employee rewards platforms too. After a qualifying probationary period, you will also benefit from the company Death In Service insurance plan.
Your line manager will work with you to create a personal development plan, in line with both your and our ambitions for the future. We actively encourage our staff to continue their personal progression in achieving industry recognised certifications. We’ll allocate you time to learn, budget for exams and a mentor to support you with your personal development plan.
Grapevine is an equal opportunities employer. The tenure of our staff is a testament to the positive company culture we have built over 35 years and continue to add to. We welcome your contribution to this in the next stage of our journey.
Please note, successful applicants will be required to apply for Security Clearance at Grapevine’s cost, during their probation.
