What does your role at Grapevine involve?
Graham: “As part of the Grapevine Third Line Technical Support Team my job is to look after our customers both remotely and on-site when needed, I look after escalations for when those tickets get more complicated and I am involved in the execution of projects.”
What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?
Graham: “Treat anything you read on the Internet with suspicion, even in your email inbox, if something seems unusual or unlikely, check it at the source!”
What might our clients not know about you?
Graham: “In 2020, I was supposed to be doing the London Landmarks Half Marathon – it was inevitably cancelled, so decided to walk it. I misjudged the distance and ended up accidentally walking 19 miles instead of 13 – Sandbanks to Hengistbury Head and Back!”
