What does your role at Grapevine involve?

As the lead technical consultant for telephony services at Grapevine, my role involves scoping, planning, and managing clients’ telephony deployments. I also keep up with the latest developments in the industry to make sure our clients get the most from their telephony packages. You’re in safe hands!

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?

​Telephony is an often-under-appreciated side of most businesses. Think about the impression you want customers to get when they walk into your business or interact with you in-person; telephony is the equivalent of this when customers phone you. What impression are you creating for customers through your current telephony infrastructure? What impression do you want to give customers?

What might our clients not know about you?

I was originally born in South Africa and immigrated to the UK in 2019 as this is where my mother’s family is from.
Every day is a fun learning experience for me as I adapt to my new life! Although, I do still find myself saying “pants” when referring to trousers, which always earns me uneasy looks from colleagues and clients.
