What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Stephen:“My role at Grapevine consists of being the first point of contact – receiving, logging and managing issues from our clients via telephone, email and automated systems. I also take the opportunity to assign service desk tickets to myself to further enhance my IT resolution and product and service knowledge, which is invaluable in my day-to-day role.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Stephen: “To be aware that the link between security and convenience is inversely proportional i.e. security increases, convenience decreases and vice versa. This is useful to understand when creating complex passwords which are considered less convenient and thus harder to decipher by cyber criminals.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Stephen: “I enjoy electronic dance music (EDM), and during the pandemic learnt the basics of DJing and EDM music production.”
