What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Russell: “Majority of my role involves being the first point of contact and receiving, logging and managing calls from customers via telephone, email and automated systems within the service desk ticketing system. I will often assign myself tickets so that I can then use to further develop and gain extensive product/service knowledge which can be applied to my day-to-day role.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Russell: “Our clients should be well aware of security threats such as Phishing and Social Engineering in order to deal with them effectively. These cyber-attacks are commonly used by malicious actors due to the fact that it requires less time to replicate and action compared to traditional cyber attacks such as Malware, DDos or CSS which require effort and planning.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Russell: “I’m a bit of a party animal but in my free time I enjoy customising shoes, doing some photography and travelling to different places, especially when the weather is at its best in the UK. “
