What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Paul: “As part of the client support team, I provide both remote and on-site IT support to businesses across the country. I enjoy the variety the role offers.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Paul: “If you’re not expecting that attachment don’t open it, contact the sender by another way such as by phone to confirm they sent it.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Paul: “As my kids have now left home, it’s just myself and my dog. I love walking him in all weathers.”
