What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Tom: “As a Senior Technical Support Analyst my role includes remote support, on-site support and back-end troubleshooting for our IT and Telephony customers. The role also requires being an effective escalation point for all Technical Support Analysts and collaboration with the Projects team.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Tom: “Utilise Multi Factor Authentication and Conditional Access whenever possible. The additional measures from MFA and CA will further minimise the chances of a breach and can even work effectively against a successful phishing attack when configured correctly.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Tom: “I frequently wear odd socks to add a touch of whimsy to my day-to-day routine.”
