What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Ross: “As part of the Technical support team, I provide both remote and on-site IT support to businesses across the country. I enjoy the variety the role offers and love to get involved in as much as I can from printers to cloud projects to organising social events.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Ross: “Always be vigilant of phishing scams, avoid uncertain links in emails and go directly to the content if you can. Phishing is the most common form of cyber-crime, with an estimated 3.4 billion spam emails sent every day.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Ross: “Weather permitting, I love to get out on the water as much as possible. There’s something so magical about paddle boarding, you get on your board, sit out on the open water and just let the current take you.”
