What does your role at Grapevine involve?
Eloise: “My role within the company is looking after the helpdesk. Overlooking all customer queries and ensuring the team handle each request efficiently. The team all specialize in our three key departments (mobile, IT and fixed services) but we also assist in other areas for the company, such as: stock ordering, billing and contract processing.”
What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?
Eloise: “From a mobile perspective, having a Gmail account on your phone is a massive help with it syncing photos, contacts, mail, calendar etc to keep all your data backed up – just in case anything should happen with your device and you need to use another!”
What might our clients not know about you?
Eloise: “I achieved my black belt in Goju Ryu Karate at the age of 11!”
