What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Elise: “My role as an account manager at Grapevine is varied and rewarding as I’m main point of contact for all my clients account related matters. Overseeing their requirements, offering the best solutions and tailoring packages to meet their needs across IT, fixed and mobile services. Through regular meetings and discussions, I get to gain insight and understanding into my clients’ businesses and develop long lasting relationships.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Elise: “With the ever-changing technology within the communication sector, it’s always worth reviewing your existing services, just like you would your energy bills or car insurance. It’s amazing to see how quickly things change within this industry. Businesses can be unaware of what the benefits are to their communications and even their cash flow.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Elise: “I’ve always been a water baby and love being in the outdoors! Since the age of 16 I’ve dabbled in water skiing, body boarding, enjoyed days out on the family speed boat and loved swimming in the sea, even if it was in the coldest of climates when holidaying in North Wales. Since relocating to Poole, fortunately I get to indulge in these activities again with the bonus of paddle boarding and kayaking in the warmer location of Poole Harbour and surrounding areas.”
