What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Donna: “Managing all of my client’s accounts, handling their mobile contracts and gaining an understanding of their company and requirements to recommend additional services that will enhance and improve their business communications and technology.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Donna: “Always review – everything from pricing to options available change on a regular basis. Always ask – discussing an issue within the business can open up many alternative solutions that may work better.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Donna: “I’m Grapevine’s longest serving member of staff. I’ve been with the company longer than some staff have been alive!”
