SIM card changes

For security purposes, most SIM cards are received inactive to avoid someone else obtaining a live SIM if lost in transit.

To activate your SIM card, you can contact our support team via mobile@grapevine.uk.com or 0345 123 66 77 option 1

You will need to provide:

  • Your Mobile Number
  • Your new SIM Number (this is found on the SIM itself, so please do not place it into a phone until ready)

Alternatively, if you provide us with your mobile number, SIM number and email below, a member of our support team will activate the SIM and confirm once complete via email.
