SIM card changes
For security purposes, most SIM cards are received inactive to avoid someone else obtaining a live SIM if lost in transit.
To activate your SIM card, you can contact our support team via helpdesk@grapevine.uk.com or 0345 123 66 77 (option 1 > option 1)
You will need to provide:
- Your mobile number
- Your new SIM number (this is found on the SIM itself, so please do not place it into a phone until ready)
Please note: SIM changes can take up to 24 hours to go through, however a restart of your device should update the SIM within the hour.
