Grapevine named EO Rising Star of the Year 2025 at UK EO Awards

Grapevine has been named ‘EO Rising Star of the Year’ 2025 at the UK Employee Ownership Awards. Congratulations to our team of Co-owners on their contributions to our winning nomination. Thank you to all of our EO friends who believed we could win, we were very pleasantly surprised to hear our name called!

The ‘Employee Owned Rising Star of the Year’ award recognises the success of a business that has become employee owned on or after 1 July 2022 but is already demonstrating and evidencing an EO advantage through its approach to engagement, culture, and representation.
