Mobile Billing Registration
Vodafone
All bills (including displaying unbilled usage) are available on the Vodafone website. If you do not have an account, please go onto https://www.vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone-account and click register. Steps are as follows:
- Click ‘Register for My Vodafone’
- Click ‘Register with my device number’
- Enter any mobile number you have to hand to link with the whole account (This is only to verify that you have access to this account, it doesn’t have any other relevance)
- That number will then receive a code via text which you will need to input to continue
- Fill in the sections provided – name, DOB, email address (which you’ll want the bill notifications sent to), a password, a security question, your account number.
- Press Submit and then log in
- You should also receive an email asking to verify your email address, please do this as soon as possible.
- If you are asked to be approved by the administrator, please contact us via helpdesk@grapevine.uk.com and we can approve you from our end. We will just need your email address and your number that you used to register.
To download bills:
- Click: My Company bills and usage
- Click: View Bills
- Click: View Invoices
- Click: Total Charges including VAT for your latest bill
- Click: Download your bill here (if you want the previous months, before you click this, select the box on the right hand side referencing “bill dates” and click go, this will amend which month you are downloading.) (If you want a different billing account viewed, select “account number” on the right-hand side ending 2 to show the other)
- Click: the blue paper with blue tick on top
- Select: full itemised bill and then click ok and then download
EE
For Small business customers, you will need to request bill analyser to be applied to your account through ourselves.
We will then contact EE on your behalf and they will post you a keyword and authentication code to input on: https://billanalyser.ee.co.uk/
Once on the site, you’ll need to click the ‘New User – Activate your Account’ link; a second tab will then pop up asking you to fill in your reg details (including key word and auth code)
When complete, you’ll then have instant access to the portal.
For Corporate customers, please contact us on helpdesk@grapevine.uk.com to apply bill manager to your account.

Go onto https://my.plan.com/myplan/ and enter:
- Company Name
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Your plan.com mobile number
Which you will then need to click submit to verify yourself and proceed with activating the portal.
Grapevine Billed
You will be emailed by Grapevine billing each month with your bill. You will also be provided information to access your billing portal via Grapevine. If you have not received this information, please contact billing@grapevine.uk.com
