Horizon Outage Notice

It has been reported that some Horizon systems are currently experiencing issues connecting to the service, which is causing users to be unable to place or receive calls.

Your phone system is provisioned to failover to a single point of contact external to the system, be that a traditional landline or mobile. Should you wish to update this number please let us know.

As and when we receive any updates we will pass these on to those affected, please rest assure engineers are working on this as a matter of urgency.
