What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Pete: As a founding member of Grapevine from 1991, I am involved in the day to day running and strategy of the business, as well as being hands on looking after several client accounts.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Pete: “The most important skill is to fact find and ask lots of questions so that you truly understand the needs and requirements, and ensure you end up with a solution that is right for the business.

I always liked the following quote – “What new technology does is create new opportunities to do a job that customers want done” ”

What might our clients not know about you?

Pete: “I have been involved in rugby all my life, as a player and then keen supporter of Bath Rugby. For the past 5 years I have coached a girls rugby team, Walcats, which my youngest daughter Rosie is part of.”
