What does your role at Grapevine involve?

Oliver: “My role at Grapevine is managing technical service related operations. This involves ensuring high levels of customer service, incident management, implementing processes/procedures and service reviews. I still try and make time to get stuck into tickets and offer escalation alongside this.”

What key piece of advice would you give to our clients about their technology and communications?​

Oliver: “Technology is always advancing, if it’s not currently fulfilling your needs speak to your account manager to see what new solutions might be available. Always use MFA and strong passwords where possible. Don’t mix work and personal accounts / data.”

What might our clients not know about you?

Oliver: “I enjoy getting up at sunrise on the weekend to go fishing (weather permitting). In this case the early bird doesn’t always catch the worm.”
