Arranging a repair for your mobile device

If your device is within warranty and does not contain any physical or water damage, you will be eligible to send your device for repair free of charge. Please note, if physical or water damage is discovered, you will be quoted for the repair works.

Unfortunately, we do not handle Apple repairs in house, we would recommend calling the iPhone Support line on 0800 048 04 08 or contacting Apple either online or in-store to book an appointment.

If you would like to proceed with a repair, please fill out this form and email it to us an attachment to mobile@grapevine.uk.com. A member of our support team will be in touch with further steps.

When sending your phone to us for repair, please do not send any accessories as the repair centres are not liable for any lost parts. Please also ensure any PIN locks / Google accounts are removed as we cannot proceed with these in place.

Please also note, repair centres wipe devices so please back up where possible.
