Unlocking your mobile device

If you need your device unlocked to use with an alternative network, please email mobile@grapevine.uk.com with the following information. We will provide a cost for unlocking the handset for approval before we proceed (cost subject to model).

*To find your IMEI:

Please dial *#06* on the handset, which will provide your IMEI. Alternatively, the IMEI can be found of the box of your phone, or within the “about” settings on your phone.

Unlocking can take up to 2 weeks to complete, though normally processed within 48 hours.

For EE customers, there is a one-off charge of £8.99 for unlocking handsets, which will get applied to your next EE invoice.
