Grapevine are delighted to welcome Kerry Scotney to our Poole office. Kerry joins us as Helpdesk Supervisor for our Technical Support team, offering our clients remote assistance for the IT and telecoms solutions they have with us.
Kerry has previously worked with the Borough Of Poole, providing IT support across a variety of service units and Bournemouth based companies such as Unicorn Training Group and Quality Medical Solutions. His most recent role saw him relocate to Birmingham, where he was Group IT and Training Manager for Ezy Solutions Group.
“Based on my previous experience implementing ITIL based Service Desk processes, I will be looking to introduce the same model and working practices in Grapevine.” Kerry shared.
“Improving the workflow through a combination of updated service desk applications, updated processes and more formal role definition will bring efficiencies in working practices and an improved service for clients”.

Kerry’s hobbies and interests outside of work include supporting Greenock Morton and Manchester City Football Club. PC gaming, virtual reality, amateur radio, Star Trek and collecting penny black stamps.
